How to create and send announcements to parents.
Creating an Announcement
- Go to Announcements → click New Announcement.
- Fill in:

|---|---|
| Title | Announcement headline |
| Message | Full announcement text |
| Send email to all parents | Toggle -- when on, sends an email to every active student's parent |
- Click Save.
Email Delivery
When you toggle "Send email to all parents", each parent gets a clean HTML email with your announcement.
Managing Announcements
- The list shows title, a preview of the message, and the date.
- Edit and delete actions are available.
- This feature is available on paid plans.
