Billing & Subscription
How plans work, upgrading, and what you get with each plan.
Viewing Your Plan
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing to see:
- Your current plan name and status
- Usage bars showing how much you've used vs your plan limits:
- Students used / max
- Subjects used / max
- Classes used / max
- Staff used / max
- Any pending payment banners
- Renewal reminders
Upgrading Your Plan
- Click Change Plan.
- Browse the available plans.
- Pick your new plan:
- Stripe plans -- you'll be sent to Stripe to pay by card.
- Manual payment plans -- bank account details are shown; upload proof of payment.
- Enterprise -- click Contact Sales to email the team.
Payment Methods
| Method | How It Works |
|---|---|
| Stripe (Card) | Paid and activated straight away |
| Bank Transfer | Upload proof of payment; a manager approves before it's active |
| Enterprise (Contact Sales) | Custom pricing; get in touch with the sales team |
Billing History
Go to Billing to see your payment history -- plan name, amount paid, date, and status.
